Movies have been an important part of the lives of many individuals all over the world for an abundance of years. This year a new movie is set to be released that pulls viewers through an abundance of twists and turns meanwhile maintaining the core of a crime-drama movie.Robert De Niro and 50 Cent ( Curtis James Jackson lll ) have teamed up for the crime-drama flick called Freelancers. However, the list of stars joining in on this film don't stop there as the cast now includes: Forrest Whitaker, Dana Delany, and Beau Garrett. 50 Cent will play the role of Malo, the son of a former NYPD officer who was slain, where he joins the police force after being recruited by a crew of rough cops. He then finds himself working with his father's old partner Captain Vic Saracone played by Robert De Niro. From there the entire film takes the audience through action packed scenes mixed with dramatic exploits and a wide variety of other interesting scenes that will undoubtably impress even the hardest of critics.
The film is being directed by Jesse Terrero, previously known for Soul Plane and the crime-thriller film Gun that also featured 50 Cent. De Niro was the first in talks of joining the film, then followed by Whitaker shortly after. Production began last year on April 18th down in the Big Easy, the city of New Orleans with a release of 2012.
The unique pairing of Robert De Niro and 50 Cent may seem odd to the majority of film viewers, but it isn't the first time the two have costarred together. Back in September of 2008, the superstar rapper and De Niro hit the big screen together alongside Al Pacino in Righteous Kill.

Robert first appeared on the screen in 1963 when he was just 20 years old young guy but the film named as wedding party was released in 1969. Robert got successful career, when his film Taxi Driver in 1976 rock the blockbuster. Interesting thing about his successful career is that he molds himself in the real time character and plays his role as he is not acting. He has not only played his role in movies but he has done various dramas and in few of them he also gets awards. Robert also got the citizenship of Italy and this was protested by the sons of Italy as he showed Italian in many criminal roles.

Robert got three Golden Globe awards. In 1992 he got for “Cape Fear (1991)”, in 2000 he got the award for a drama “Analyze this” and in 2001 he was honored with the award for his Drama Meet The Parents (2000).

In 2003, Robert De Niro caught by prostate cancer and very soon recovered from it. The other big achievement of De Niro was that he narrated the documentary Film made on 9/11 attacks.
If we see political approach of De Niro then he is a supporter of democratic part and in 2004 elections he supported John Kerry in presidential elections. Robert De Niro is not a common actor who can be forgotten by his lovers, but he is a man who comes once in generations. It is said that acting is just not to act but it portrays the real life image and De Niro proved this
